SHORT RETREAT OVERVIEW

Roots of Love is a transformative workshop designed to help you gently reveal and release what's blocking love in your lineage.  Through the lens of Family Constellations, we will explore:

• The unconscious patterns passed down through generations.

• The deep need to belong, and the hidden price we pay for it.

• How love gets interrupted and how it can be restored.

• Ways to honor your ancestors without carrying their suffering

A  journey through the flow of love and back to the heart of the family.   What is excluded in a family system does not disappear, it is carried by someone else. Love, when blocked, becomes a burden.  When seen, honored, and restored, it becomes strength.  Together, we will create a safe, sacred space to reconnect with the roots of your being and invite the flow of love back into your life!

Roots of Love es un workshop transformador diseñado para acompañarte, de manera suave y consciente, a revelar y liberar aquello que está bloqueando el amor en tu linaje. A través de la mirada de las Constelaciones Familiares, exploraremos:

• Los patrones inconscientes que se transmiten de generación en generación.

• La profunda necesidad de pertenecer y el precio oculto que a veces pagamos por ello.

• Cómo el amor se interrumpe y cómo puede ser restaurado.

• Formas de honrar a tus ancestros sin cargar con su sufrimiento.
  
  

Un viaje a través del flujo del amor y de regreso al corazón de la familia. Aquello que es excluido en un sistema familiar no desaparece: alguien más lo carga. El amor, cuando se bloquea, se convierte en peso; cuando es visto, honrado y restaurado, se transforma en fortaleza.

Juntos, crearemos un espacio seguro y sagrado para reconectar con las raíces de tu ser e invitar nuevamente el flujo del amor a tu vida.

Mariana Harpreet was born and raised in the vibrant Mexico City, developing from an early age a deep interest in exploring the mind, body, and soul. 

Mariana graduated in Literature, has two Master’s degrees in Gestalt and Systemic Psychotherapy, and a Ph.D. in Modern Literature; exploring the relationship between language and creation of reality,  

She learned Kundalini Yoga since she was a child from her mother who was already a teacher. She is now certified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Craneosacral Therapist and being practicing Family Constellations for over 20 years. 

Mariana has collaborated with renowned teachers like Gurumukh, Deepak Chopra and Svagito, designing trainings and retreats worldwide, reinforcing her commitment to wellness and personal growth.

Founder of Sadhana Works, a prestigious conscious lifestyle company in Palma de Mallorca, recognized as a leader in wellness in the Mediterranean. And “Awaken Woman”, a global movement dedicated to expanding feminine consciousness 

She strives for a future where women support one another, creating networks of collaboration, love, and growth.

Mariana Harpreet nació y creció en la vibrante Ciudad de México, desarrollando desde muy temprana edad un profundo interés por explorar la mente, el cuerpo y el alma.

Es licenciada en Literatura, cuenta con dos maestrías en Psicoterapia Gestalt y Sistémica, y un doctorado en Literatura Moderna, desde donde ha explorado la relación entre el lenguaje y la creación de la realidad.

Aprendió Kundalini Yoga desde niña, guiada por su madre, quien ya era maestra. Actualmente está certificada como profesora de Kundalini Yoga, terapeuta craneosacral y practica Constelaciones Familiares desde hace más de 20 años.

Mariana ha colaborado con reconocidos maestros como Gurumukh, Deepak Chopra y Svagito, diseñando formaciones y retiros alrededor del mundo, reforzando su compromiso con el bienestar y el crecimiento personal.

Es fundadora de Sadhana Works, una prestigiosa empresa de estilo de vida consciente con sede en Palma de Mallorca, reconocida como referente en bienestar en el Mediterráneo, y de Awaken Woman, un movimiento global dedicado a expandir la conciencia femenina.

Mariana trabaja por un futuro en el que las mujeres se apoyen entre sí, creando redes de colaboración, amor y crecimiento.
